CTC was created as a full service Destination Management Company with the intent to provide superior levels of service at competitive prices, while offering unmatched professionalism, flexibility, creativity and attention to detail.

CTC's primary focus remains full-service destination management. Day to day activities include: large theme events, gala dinners, product launches, tours, teambuilding activities, picnics, theatre shows, sporting events, boat cruises, golf outings, dine-a-rounds, creative room gifts, production, lighting, staging, speakers and a multitude of transportation and meeting management services.

As an established and reputable DMC in Chicago, CTC is able to secure locations, price breaks, and special attention which would not be obtainable through anyone else. Our large volume with suppliers and high expectations from them assure you, the client, of service that would not be possible without CTC. It is through our continued partnerships with our vendors and venues that we are able to negotiate competitive rates on your behalf.

CTC works diligently on behalf of our clients & customers to continue developing new resources, which serve to give your attending guests the most current, and up-to-date opportunities to experience in Chicago.

CTC has grown rapidly since its establishement, earning a reputation as the leading DMC in Chicago. Originally a two person operation, CTC currently employs seven full-time staff, and well over 150 part-time staff. CTC operates approximately 250 programs annually, ranging in size from 20 to 100,000 attendees per program.
